1. Pickup service
The pick-up service is a round-trip vehicle service from the airport in your destination city to your reserved hotel. The pick-up service is limited to 3 people. If there are less than 3 people, it will still be charged as one vehicle.
2. Private car service
The private car service provides customers with 24-hour vehicle services, including pick-up, chartered vehicles, and personal guidance services. The private car service is limited to 3 people per car per day. If there are less than 3 people, it will still be charged as one car. Service hours: 00:00-23:59 every day.
3. VIP Service
VIP service refers to the service of providing customers with 24-hour special car travel, special guidance, hotel accommodation, sightseeing attractions, and food experience. VIP service is charged per person, and the service time is: 00:00-23:59 every day.
4. Personalized service
Personalized service means providing customized service according to your needs, including special car travel, personal guidance, hotel accommodation, sightseeing attractions, food experience, photography, folk activities, picnic and camping services. Personalized service is charged per person, and the service time is: 00:00-23:59 every day.

1. The language communication services currently provided by the Travel China team are limited to Chinese and English. Other language services are under construction, so stay tuned.
2. The Travel China team currently only provides services in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. If you also have strong travel needs in other parts of China, please feel free to contact us and we will serve you wholeheartedly according to your needs.
3. For the specific charges for our four services, please contact our customer service staff, who will send you a list of charges for different items for your selection.
4. Our charging standard is based on the items included in the above four services. Matters beyond the scope of the service items, such as medical treatment, shopping, souvenirs, etc., need to be handled by the customer at their own expense. If you have other needs besides the above four services and need our services, please contact us, we will serve you wholeheartedly according to your needs.
5. Our fees are all denominated in US dollars. Currently, we support the following currencies: US dollars, euros, pounds, RMB and USDT. We support bank card, credit card transfer and cash payment. If you want to use other currencies, please contact us. We will serve you wholeheartedly according to your needs.

7. In China, Labor Day (May 1 to May 5 in 2025) and National Day (October 1 to October 8 in 2025) are public holidays every year, and there will be a lot of people traveling in China. The Travel China team recommends that you avoid these two holidays as much as possible when choosing your travel time so that your trip will be smooth.
